The 14th organ festival organized by “Ars in Cathedrali” at the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula in Brussels is centered on the theme “Music Transcends Our Horizons.”
Every Tuesday evening at 8pm., from July 28 to September 1, a world-renowned organist—hailing from Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, or Belgium—will present an exclusive program to the audience.
The concerts will be performed on the majestic Grenzing organ, mounted “swallow’s-nest” style in the cathedral nave—an acoustically ideal location.
A giant screen will allow the audience to watch the organists play, as the console is situated high up.
