Like every year, Sofitel Brussels Le Louise celebrates Easter and spring’s arrival with various events and a magnificent Easter Brunch. For the occasion, the Crystal Lounge Restaurant is in a festive mood throughout the weekend, offering an assortment of delicacies that will delight food lovers. And the children will love the big egg hunt on Easter Monday.
The traditional Friends & Family Sunday Brunch is held every Sunday but, since it’s Easter, a second Easter Brunch will be take place on Monday 28 March. The Chef Adwin Fontein has concocted a special menu for these brunches, leaning towards homemade dishes, where you will find the three most famous Easter ingredients: eggs, lamb and, of course, chocolate.
During the weekend, (real) chicks will take up residence in the lobby. They are a powerful symbol of new life and abundance which we traditionally celebrate during the Easter feast days.
On Monday 28 March at 2pm, everyone is invited on the terrace for the giant egg hunt. Sweets and chocolate eggs will be spread over the terrace of the Crystal Lounge, and fun and games will be the order of the day for the children, notably a cooking workshop all about the ‘cocoa mystery’.
