Special lunchtime concert by Philip Catherine at Together

We were honoured to have a very special guest appearance during our lunch event at the Together Media Offices. Philip Catherine has been at the forefront of the European jazz scene since the 60s and worked with great artists like Chet Baker, Stéphane Grappelli, Charlie Mingus and Dexter Gordon. His unique approach and sound, his dedication to music have been important and influential, and today he is a source of inspiration for many artists of the new generation.

Philip was joined by Nicolas Fiszman, who was born on 1964 in Brussels. He started playing the guitar around the age of seven and the bass around the age of thirteen. He has collaborated on stage or/and in studio with: Philip Catherine, Christian Escoudé-Didier Lockwood, Charlie Mariano, Joe Zawinul, Trilok Gurtu, Maurane, Bashung, Higelin, Sting, Johnny Hallyday, Charles Aznavour, Eric Serra, Johnny Clegg, Zazie, Benjamin Biolay, Dominic Miller…
