Autoworld has taken the wraps off its highly anticipated exhibition “Mercedes – The Story of the Star.”
As from this week, more than 50 iconic and rare Mercedes are shining in the museum, ready to take visitors on an impressive journey through 140 years of automotive history, design, and innovation.
From the pioneers and milestones that shaped its history, to sporting victories and the ultimate benchmarks in comfort and luxury, all the way to the most spectacular supercars – the entire world of Mercedes-Benz comes together in this exceptional exhibition.

At the entrance, you will immediately discover the greatest icons of the brand, including the very first automobile, the Benz Patent-Motorwagen of 1886 (replica), the stunning 540 K Sport Cabrio A of 1937, as well as the AMG ONE, a Formula 1 adapted for the road, demonstrating how the brand pushes the limits of performance today more than ever.

Motorsport is in the DNA of Mercedes-Benz. From the Sauber Mercedes C9 to the legendary 300 SEL 6.8 AMG “Rote Sau”, triumphant in its class at the 1971 24 Hours of Spa, the brand built its legend on the racetracks. In 2014, the Mercedes F1 W05, driven by Lewis Hamilton, ushered in a new era of Formula 1 dominance.
