Every year ‘Edge’ puts on an entertaining show, specially designed for people learning English. The poetry theater presentation If I is set to be given another outing in 2013. In adolescents and adults offering a non-Flemish origin a moving, fun-filled and interactive opportunity to become acquainted with a series of well-known Flemish and English poets. The authors of the clear and straightforward poems on offer include Paul Ostaijen, Toon Tellegen, Willem Wilmink, Hugo Claus, Annie MG Schmidt, Joke van Leeuwen, Bart Moeyaert and Herman de Coninck. The poems are brought to life in a theatrical setting in an expressive and accessible way. Tickets sold in advanced are 7 euros; tickets sold at the box office are 10 euros.
