Winery Opens Second Bar


Winery is designed to be both stylish and understated, using light coloured woods and a parred-down wall rack to house a selection of 250 different wines.

Owner Frederic de Thibault will highlight a different selection of wines each day. Finger food and other side dishes are available, including speciality cheeses, meats and sardines supplied by the Spanish food importer, Bellota.

The bar has room for 20, and stays open between 11h and 20h every day, Monday through Saturday. The bar and cellar can also be hired for private functions.

The new establishment, on Rue Juste Lipse, comes six years after the opening of the firm’s first bar located on Place Brugmann in October 2004.
