BELGIAN EDUCATION

BEPS’ 46-year track record of excellence is now available in its developing secondary school. BEPS offers a challenging, inquiry-based learning experience for students from 2½ to 15.

Established in 1972, BEPS International School is situated in beautiful buildings in the heart of one of Brussels’ most desirable areas, close to the Bois de la Cambre and the University (ULB).

BEPS offers this inquiry learning approach through the International Early Years Curriculum, the International Primary Curriculum and the implementation of the Middle Years Programme from the International Baccalaureate® (IB). Students’ learning experiences encourage them to develop the 21st Century skills required to become lifelong learners and responsible Global citizens.

Children learning English and children with learning needs receive additional support. French is taught as a second language from the Early Years and the development of the children’s Mother Tongue is encouraged. They benefit from PE and swimming, Music and ICT lessons, all of which are taught by experienced specialist teachers.

A wide range of school clubs are available as well as a Garderie and holiday clubs. A door-to-door bus service is also available for most areas in Brussels.
