From February 28 to March 3, 2019 Lille Grand Palais organizes the 12th edition of the famous Art’Up! Contemporary art fair. For collectors, amateurs or simple enthusiasts, Art’up! is the essential accessible place for everyone to acquire a work of art. This year photography is in the spotlight with the theme: “Photography, at the heart of today’s artistic creations”.
Art’Up! it is a gathering of contemporary art in the heart of the Lille metropolis! 4 days of fair, 122 galleries and publishers, 680 artists, 38,000 visitors in 2018, 16,000m2 of exhibition space. It also boasts a rich and varied program, made up of local, national and international artists, entirely dedicated to contemporary art.
Every year, the fair is constantly renewed. This year, in keeping with the theme “photography”, the fair is associated with fotofever, the contemporary photography fair.
Art’Up! encourages young creation
Art Up! Is keen to encourage the artistic talents of tomorrow by offering young people a unique opportunity to meet professionals from the artistic and cultural world – the exhibition Revelation by Art Up! highlights the work of young artists selected by the artistic committee of the fair. The works will be staged on an exhibition space of 80 m2 in the heart of the fair.
