Cwarmê Carnival parade and festivities

Celebrate the 556th carnival in Malmedy, a fairy tale town where costumes, balls and parades are a tradition, and the streets are full of excited festival attendees.

The celebrations begin Saturday with the carnival opening and reception, continue Sunday with the “Grand Procession” and Monday with satirical plays, and close Tuesday with the burning of the Haguette high wooden statue to represent the end of winter.
