The 100 participants of Together Magazine’s 5th annual Golf Tournament enjoyed sunny skies, warm temperatures and delicious ice cream during the event Sunday, 7 July.
The event was held at the beautiful Golf de Pierpont, located just 30 minutes south of the Brussels city centre.
24 golfers won prizes, such as watches, golf clubs and champagne.
A special congratulations to Bernard Jacquet, who hit a hole-in-one on the 15th green, the hole that was also nominated for the “closest to the pin” competition.
A new guest at the event this year was Lucy, Together Magazine’s newly renovated pink and white ice cream van that treated golfers to local, homemade ice-cream and frozen yogurt.
16 players participated in a golf initiation at Golf de Pierpont.
The picturesque Golf de Pierpont has open days every Sunday from March until October and by mentioning Together Magazine or David McGowan with their reservation, groups may play for 1 ½ hours for free. (15 max per group, 5€ regular fee).
